- Develop a strategy for the ASEAN business that supports the execution of the Oracle Cloud ERP/PPM/HCM Business mission. Communicate that strategy and execution plans to senior management, internal stakeholders, employees, partners and customers.
- Proactively support sales and marketing campaigns as defined by the global and regional marketing functions.
- Meet the financial goals set for the business including quarterly bookings goals, expense and contribution margin goals.
- Oracle Sales Consulting experience and Understand Business Process.
- Provide guidance for employees in matters of problem resolution, sales strategies, competitive analysis and pricing, bids and corporate policy interpretation.
- Oracle Product Knowledge will be added advantage.
- Run different Marketing campaign, business model and Alliance and partner.
- Track record of, and demonstrated experience (5+ years) in, managing and leading quota-bearing team members, to ensure successful forecasting and delivery of revenue targets.
- 10+ years of business management and/or business management software sales experience, Oracle/SAP/NetSuite application sales prefer.
- Individual should have a 4-year degree, ideally in a Business or Technology specialty
- Proven ability to maintain and strengthen relationship with client community
- Demonstrated ability to manage first-level escalations of SOP issues, deal strategy and closing support
- Demonstrated experience in executing strategy and managing to a plan
- Manage candidate interviews, hiring and on-boarding to meet team headcount targets
- Manage first-level team career planning and development
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team in complex matrix environment
- Individual needs to have demonstrable experience driving company policy, execution and meeting of revenue targets.
